MADINAH
— The Madinah Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution ordered Thursday that the body of Manar, the 14-year-old girl who committed suicide on Wednesday by jumping from the 3rd floor of her family’s house, be handed over to the girl’s family. Investigators are still trying to figure out the reason behind Manar’s decision to end her life. Col. Fahd Al-Ghanam, Madinah Police spokesman, said police received a call Wednesday from a citizen who saw the girl leap to her death. — Madinah/Saudi Gazette
