RIYADH — The dream of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for a specialist health university with integrated campuses will soon be realized as the three campuses of King Saud Bin Abdul Aziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) are nearing completion, said Prince Mit’eb Bin Abdullah, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Commander of the National Guard, here Sunday.

The coming academic years will witness shifting of male and female students to these integrated university campuses in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Ahsa that will provide an ideal environment for operation of the King Abdullah International Center for Medical Research, Health Informatics Center and Consultative Studies Center, Prince Mit’eb said during the graduation ceremony of the eighth batch of KSAU-HS students.

A total of 227 students graduated from the university.

KSAU-HS is the first public university in the Kingdom and the Middle East region specializing in health sciences. It is located in Riyadh and occupies an area of 5,000,000 square meters. — SG/SPA
