BRAHIM Robio, General Manager of Radisson Blu Royal Suites Hotel, has announced that Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, had supported the environmental awareness campaign of Earth Hour last March 23, with 18 Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson properties across the Middle East driving innovative ideas for staff and guests to work together in helping to save energy.



Highlights of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s staff ingenuity for Earth Hour included “I Will, If You Will” at the Radisson Blu Royal Suites Hotel-Jeddah who invited guests that checked in on March 23 as well as in-house guests to take part in Earth Hour and participate in such important event.

Guests were asked to be creative and paint their idea of how best to protect Mother Earth.



Over 150 Carlson Rezidor hotels in EMEA took part in this year’s Earth Hour, in line with the company’s energy-saving initiative Think Planet, an ambitious and proactive program that aims to reduce energy consumption by 25 percent by the year 2016 in all Rezidor Hotels. — SG
