SCARBOROUGH, England — Lancashire says its all-rounder Jordan Clark has become only the fifth professional player to hit six sixes in one over, achieving the feat in a second XI match against Yorkshire. Clark joins an illustrious list that contains former West Indies all-rounder Garfield Sobers (1968), ex-India all-rounder Ravi Shastri (1985), South Africa batsman Herschelle Gibbs and India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh (both 2007). The English county says all of Clark’s sixes Wednesday were slog-sweeps over the midwicket boundary from the bowling of left-arm spinner Gurman Randhawa. Clark tells the BBC that “I just remember feeling a bit of pressure on the last ball.” — AP
