JAZAN — Sabya Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body appeared to be beaten badly. Spokesman for Jazan Police Col. Awadh Al-Qahtani said the victim was a Saudi citizen and her death is under investigation. He said the woman was previously admitted to Sabya General Hospital for four days after being assaulted by her son-in-law. He said a suspect in the case has been detained pending further investigations.
