BenQ offers innovative range of visual display

BENQ Middle & Turkey, a renowned provider of digital lifestyle innovations and visual display expert, held a Digital Signage Integrators meeting in Jeddah for the first time and displayed its latest range of signage display solutions. With visual communication taking on new avenues in the region, the event showcased BenQ’s strength through their latest additions of signage display solutions and their commitment to the Digital Signage (DSP) business.

With the unparalleled collaboration of R&D resources and the leading panel manufacturing know-how, BenQ has been constantly bringing to the world the new possibilities for digital display devices and visual technology.

Some of the new models introduced from their Smart Signage series included the ST550K, ST430K, ST650K, SL490 and SL550 providing an all-in-one display solution for smart business. BenQ’s RP series (RP653, RP703, RP840G, RP790, RP552H, & RP750K) introduces the first ever 20-point multi-touch support; allowing more people to participate at one time.

The display screens are SGS-certified, anti-glare and includes an ionic silver agent that kills most bacteria on contact. BenQ calls this unique feature as “anti-germ (AG+) coating,” perfect for Education & Corporate environments. The new RP Series also includes an EZwrite 3.0, an app designed to facilitate interactive learning. When combined with NFCPen, creating ideas and annotations that becomes a simple yet high tech experience.

The RP840G, according to a company release, ensures most efficient learning experience for students. With 84-inch widescreen delivering eye-care solution and 4K stunning clarity, it provides excellent viewing for large-sized classrooms. RP840G offers handy interactive software and a teacher-friendly design and guarantees hassle-free installation with nearly no warm-up time. All the interactive flat panels in these series focus extensively on better eye care for students and teachers alike.

Features like Flicker Free – systems operating at high refresh rates that help reduce or even eliminate screen flickering; Low Blue Light — blue light from the sunlight, computer monitors, screens and fluorescent lamps may be very harmful to the eyes causing macular degeneration or sleep disorders, which is why BenQ’s flat panels use low blue light technologies to avoid causing harm to the eyes of the users; AntiGlare – these flat panels boast of anti-glare screens to ensure that everyone, no matter what angle they may be viewing the panel from, enjoys a great and harmless view uninterrupted by reflections; and the added PIR (Passive Infrared) Motion Sensor can detect people coming close to the screen and turn on the Low Blue Light function automatically.

BenQ has also released their own exclusive cloud-based content management system, X-Sign, making content creation, distribution, scheduling and display across single or multiple displays, easy, economical and efficient. This all-in-one software offers easier content management for small and medium-sized business such as café, restaurant, supermarkets, retail and public venues.

At the event, demo areas displaying signage solutions in the live environment offered better understanding of the use of their products. A Video Wall of their Super Narrow Bezel Series – a trending solution for various market segments and Bar type and Dual-Sided Displays for transportation industry were some of the key solutions on display.

Retail industry offerings through the Special Signage Bar Type Displays to Transparent Displays and their Dual Sided Display and Smart Signage series — a perfect display solution for restaurants and interactive flat panel series for the classrooms and education industry were also showcased at the event.
