The Group, for the third time, has attained in March 2017 the Best Performance Award for LG distributors in the Middle East and Africa. This success is based on the bright history of Shaker Group in terms of after-sales service and perfect maintenance.

Shaker Group’s reward came after the LG’s assessment made in March 2017 to investigate the quality of distributors’ services in Middle East and Africa. Scoring 97.1% in the evaluation which touched 3 areas; rapid response to customer requests, reliability and quality of service data from the customer satisfaction’s view and technicians’ conduct and professionalism.
This award in after-sales and maintenance services coincides with the launch of its huge promotional campaign for LG Dual Inverter ACs that saves energy up to 53%, offers up to 60% faster cooling, and comes with 10-year warranty on the compressor.
Shaker Group has over 300 maintenance technical teams, along with 300 mobile vehicles and 42 service centers, and has proudly obtained the ISO 10001 & 10002 in the customer service and maintenance of air conditions, refrigeration, and household systems. In addition, the Group has got the ISO 9001: 2015 certification as the first company in Middle East to have this distinction. — SG
