PwC Saudi Arabia welcomed 70 new Saudi national graduates to its offices in the Kingdom last week. The new graduates are a part of larger pool of 300 new graduates who joined PwC across its 12 offices in the Middle East region.
The Saudi national graduates come from top universities in the Kingdom and internationally and are equipped with diverse academic backgrounds including accounting, banking and finance.
Commenting on the recent graduate intake, PwC Middle East People Partner Emma Campbell said:
“As part of our continuous commitment to investing in local talent, 96% of the new graduates are Saudi nationals, 35% of which are females with a diverse range of skills. PwC Middle East provides a compelling opportunity for students to join a structured program fresh out of university that will help them set firm foundations for their careers.”
The new graduates underwent a week-long induction with the firm’s leadership and have started a three year development program within the firm (two years for the Assurance practice); offering an opportunity of a lifetime for all new graduates to grow as individuals, build lasting relationships and make a difference through their work with PwC’s valued clients in the Kingdom.

Certain graduates joining PwC will take part in “The Foundation of the Future” program - a two year structured program that gives the graduates a chance to gain experience and work with a range of competencies and industries in Consulting.
The FftF program has been successfully running in the UK for approximately eight years and was launched in the Middle East in 2016. PwC has 17 consultants based in Riyadh from the 2016 intake (38 in total across the Middle East) and have welcomed an additional 29 to the Kingdom this year (67 in total across the Middle East); all of which are Saudi nationals. — SG
