WHEN there is a golden opportunity for many of the employees to pay for retirement they will not hesitate to do so!
There are programs that have been tested with a functional and financial return on the employees who succeeded in some sectors, and through which they managed to restructure their sectors and support them with new and young competent workers.
But here's the odd thing, when the staff of a department — as it happened with employees of the Ministry of Education — work, and stand up in long queues in search of the retirement decision, and they are paid high salaries and have long vacations, the situation requires a huge workshop to find out the secret!
The recent report by the Public Pension Agency says that 60 percent of those who have opted for early retirement over the past 10 years are civilians. What's interesting, according to media reports, is that education retirees of ranked jobs are the highest with 89 percent!
The agency's justification is to motivate some of the government employees to leave the job or switch to another functional system!
If this is real in institutions of civil government, it does not include workers in education, the ministry is not encouraging its employees toward retirement, does not motivate them, and does not provide them with the opportunity to leave one job for another!
The question I asked a few days ago on Twitter was: "Why do you think?
At least 89 percent of those who retired early are teachers and educators, even though they are paid high salaries! I called on the Minister of Education to sit with his ministry officials and ask my question to them.
The majority of the answers are aimed at blaming the ministry itself, and the way it treats its employees. The teacher, according to one of the comments, does not know his job. Is he a teacher or an administrator or a cleaner? Another says: low level of respect for the teacher, whether from the ministry or the student. He says he is waiting to retire to escape from working in education .. We have not heard the ministry's response so far .. And what is confirmed is that there are many responses not seen by anyone.
No one wants to hear!
