Saudi Arabia imposes sanctions on 11 individuals, 2 entities

Riyadh — Saudi Arabia’s Presidency of State Security imposed sanctions on 11 individuals and two entities, targeting leaders, financiers, and facilitators of the Daesh in Yemen and Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).

This action was taken in partnership with the United State as the co-chair of the recently established International Terrorist Financing Targeting Center (TFTC), which also included other TFTC members.

Today’s collective actions are the first taken by the TFTC since its creation on May 21, 2017.

The State Security Presidency designated as terror facilitators all of these individuals and entities pursuant to the law of Terrorism Crimes and Financing in the Kingdom and in accordance with the United Nations resolution no. 1373 (2001).

6.SayfAbdulrab Salem al-Hayashi Nationality : Yemen

7.Adil AbduhFari Uthman al-Dhubbani Nationality : Yemen

8.Radwan Qanan Nationality : Yemen

9.WaliNashwan al-Yafi'I Nationality : Yemen
