Pak Youth Forum launched in Riyadh

RIYADH — Pakistani youths in the capital city launched Pak Youth Forum (PYF) with the intention to provide youths a collective platform and an opportunity to express their ideas and opinions. It further intends to assist them in their personal development plans, cultural awareness, jobs and career counseling.

The inaugural session of PYF’s advisory board and executive members was held in a local restaurant and they selected PYF’s founder Gulzaib Kiani as the president and Bilal Arshad as the vice president. PYF’s advisory board includes Waqar Wamiq, Shakeel Ahmed Kiani, Tasaddaq Gilani, Zeeshan Qazi, Omair Sheikh and Dr. Nadeem Ahmed Bhatti.

The executive committee includes Adil Nadeem Sheikh, Awais Rehman, Fareed Haqaani and Shehroz Raza. The Executive Auxiliary Members are Jehanzeb Amjad, Salman Anwar, Shuja Rahman, Ali Sardar, Umair Tariq and Saud.

Speaking on the occasion, Kiani thanked the advisory board and the executive members for his appointment and presented the vision and mission of the forum. “This forum will serve Pakistani youth and we assure that it will remain completely non-political that represents the Pakistani youth community and will perform under the laws, rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. PYF will do its best to strengthen the Pak-Saudi youth relations as well,” Kiani said.

Arshad called on the youth to stay actively involved with their wonderful ideas in the forum. “The purpose of PYF is to give youth a voice so that they can play a better role in the society. The large scale general membership of PYF will be highly scrutinized to ensure discipline,” he said.

The advisory board congratulated the youth leaders and assured them of the board’s support in guiding them with their ideas and opinions that could be maximized and incorporated for the betterment of the society.
