RIYADH – The Ministry of Finance on Monday denied social media reports about changes in expat dependents fee.

"Expatriate dependent fee will remain as was announced earlier. No amendments have been introduced," the ministry said in a statement.

The ministry further said that it has not announced any postponement of dependent fee nor did it issue any statements on Monday in this connection, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The Finance Ministry appealed to all media to follow the official channels in receiving statements and publishing them. They should ask the ministry so as to verify any information that was not announced officially.
