Turki Al-Zeer emerged champion in the second round of the Saudi Star of Drift Championship in Riyadh, after dominating in the 4 rounds. As usual, it was a thrilling and enthusiastic tour for the racers as well as the motor sports crowd with competition in all categories proving exciting, and the participating teams presenting a technical review that raised the level of excitement and enthusiasm among the audience.
Al-Zeer, who finished first with 72.00 points, won ahead of Omar Al-Kokhan, who came in second with 69.4 points, followed by Abdul Aziz Bamas with 67.44 points. The championship is sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Motor Federation (SAMF) and sponsored by Nissan Saudi Arabia, the official sponsor of the championship, Total Saudi Arabia, Alif Alif radio, and the organization of motor sports developer in Saudi Arabia Captain Abdullah Bakhshab, who expressed his happiness at the great success of the second round.
"We have been very proud of this success and we continue to support the young people who want to take part in world races," said Bakhshab. "The championship has already succeeded and here I cannot but thank all those who stood with us from the sponsors and the Saudi Automobile Federation, which gave us full confidence."

Faisal Abdul Mohsen scored 69.70 points, while Bader Al Sharhi scored 67.97 points in the first place of the category of applicants, while ensuring his seat for the final category Nissan cars. Bagging the same result of first place in the professional category was Turki Al-Zeer with 72 points.
Al-Ahsa will host the third round on Dec. 1, while Jeddah is preparing to host the fourth and final round of the Jeddah International Exhibition Center on Thursday and Friday Dec. 20-21. — SG
