RIYADH — The National Industrial Institute (NITI) and TÜV Rheinland Arabia LLC renewed their commitment for the development of local workforce, by signing an extension to their agreement, to have TÜV Rheinland as an International Training provider to NITI.

NITI and TÜV Rheinland Arabia LLC have worked together to graduate more than 1000 trainees, in different technical disciplines, which are currently working in the Oil & Gas and energy sectors and related fields in Saudi Arabia. The goal of the two parties is to work together in addressing the requirements for the skills development of Saudi workforce by training and certifying national talents.

Dr. Michael Fübi, Chairman of the Executive Board of Management of TÜV Rheinland Group, thanked NITI, and said “we are fully committed to make our strategic partnership flourish to a level where TÜV Rheinland will add value to make NITI a Centre of Excellence in Saudi Arabia by offering distinguished training and certification services, that will help to achieve objectives of National Transformation Plan 2020 and Vision 2030 of Saudi Arabia.”
