36,798 housing, financing products in last batch

Riyadh — The Ministry of Housing announced on Saturday 36,798 housing and financing products as part of the 11th and the last batch of “Sakani” (My Housing) program for 2017.

These form part of the allotment of over 280,000 residential and financing products for Saudi families in all regions of the Kingdom.

With this the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund have achieved their goals for 2017.

The 36,798 residential and financing products include 24,207 housing units via sale on the map program, 4,591 free plots of land, 8,000 financing support.

The Ministry of Housing is making preparations to announce the details of the second phase of the Sakani 2018 program through which it aims to serve a big number of Saudi citizens.

The Sakani program was launched in mid-January 2016. The residential and financing product batches were announced in the middle of every month.
