Al Ain — Retail stalls, kiosks, food trucks, shows for children including Iftah Ya Simsim, Looney Tunes and My Little Pony and the Glow Theme Tunnel and Maze are some of the attractions at the first Dar Al Zain Festival that kicked off in Al Ain on Thursday.
The 10-day event at Al Ain Convention Centre is organized by Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism.
On the last two days of the event Balqees and Majed Almohandis will perform.
Salma Ahmed, a Saudi visitor in her 30s, said, “I really enjoyed the event. The food is really fresh and delicious. I like also the children games. Here families can come so mothers can chill and socialize while kids can play the whole day without getting bored.”
Sheikh Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan visited the opening day of Dar Al Zain Festival with Sultan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri, Executive Director of Tourism Sector at the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi.
