Riyadh — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at his palace in Riyadh on Wednesday.

The meeting was attended by a number of Saudi princes and members of the government’s cabinet of ministers.

Saudi Arabia has described the United States’ decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and move its embassy there as inexplicable, irresponsible and unjustified. — SG
