RIYADH — In celebration of the launch of Montblanc’s new TimeWalker Collection in Saudi Arabia, the international luxury Maison held an intimate event recently for VIP customers and media at its Panorama Boutique in Riyadh, which opened earlier this year. Guests were welcomed by members from Montblanc’s long-time partner, Al Hussaini Group, and enjoyed an informative evening learning about the evolution of timekeeping and the Maison’s connection to the motor racing world.
The TimeWalker Collection finds its inspiration in timepieces from Montblanc’s watchmaking Minerva Manufacture, which was known as an exclusive workshop producing high-quality instruments for measuring brief intervals of time with remarkable precision. The renowned “Rally Timer”, a stopwatch that was created to time motor racing with precision, is the perfect example of this heritage.
Montblanc President of Middle East, India and Africa, Franck Juhel said: “Saudi Arabia is an important region for us with customers who appreciate fine craftsmanship and heritage, and have demonstrated strong loyalty to Montblanc for decades. The TimeWalker collection encapsulates the Minerva heritage, technical precision, masculine energy and unwavering performance, and we are privileged to have the opportunity to celebrate it with some of our most discerning customers.”
Available as TimeWalker Chronograph, TimeWalker Chronograph UTC, TimeWalker Chronograph Automatic and TimeWalker Date Autograph, a limited edition TimeWalker Chronograph Rally Timer Counter and TimeWalker ExoTourbillon Minute Chronograph are also available, with both models limited to 100 pieces worldwide.
Shaikh Mohammed Al Hussaini, added: “The opportunity to present our new Montblanc TimeWalker collection to such an engaged audience was an honour, and we look forward to celebrating many more successful launches together.”
