— Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman held talks with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak here on Tuesday.

They discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.

They also discussed the latest developments in the region.

“These meetings are very timely as the special relationship between Malaysia and Saudi Arabia is at an all-time high. Certainly, the prime minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia will strengthen the bond of friendship between the two countries,” the Malaysian Foreign Ministry said in a statement quoted by Bernama.
