PWS women health seminar to be held on Saturday

JEDDAH
— The Pakistan Welfare Society (PWS) a non-governmental, non profitable organization providing free social, medical and educational services to the needy and deserving people of the Pakistani community and others for last several years, will hold its 10th Free Health Seminar for women on Saturday (Jan. 27) at the Consulate General of Pakistan premises here. The seminar will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Dr. Rabia Khatoon, camp in-charge (ladies-wing), told Saudi Gazette that the team of specialist ladies doctors will diagnose the patients. The panel of specialist ladies doctors will also give lecture on health issues of women. A question and answer session will also be held.

Body heights, blood sugar and blood pressure testing will be provided free of cost at the camp.

Meanwhile, Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman, kidney specialist and president PWS, said that only females will be allowed to attend the seminar and lectures.

Entrance of men and children is prohibited. Refreshments will be served.
