Four Pakistanis executed for murder, rape

RIYADH — Four Pakistanis convicted of raping and murdering a woman were executed in Riyadh on Thursday, the Ministry of Interior said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
The men had also been convicted of raping her teenage son. The death sentences were carried out against Liaqat Hussein Ishaq Hussein, Sajid Ali Asqar Ali, Muhammad Thaqib Muhammad Al-Warith Ali, and Faisal Muneer Muneer Hussein.
The court found the men guilty of breaking into the woman's home and strangling her to death after raping her. They also stole jewelry and cash from the house.
Two of them were convicted of raping the woman’s minor son, the statement added. — SG/SPA
