THE Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) announced that it has won for the second time, the contract to provide health care services for Saudi Arabian Airlines’ staff and their families. The deal is one of the largest medical insurance contracts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
As per the contract, Tawuniya will continue to provide healthcare services to Saudia employees and all Saudia subsidiaries through its wide network, which has more than 2,000 hospital and medical centers, and considered as the largest network of medical service providers in the Kingdom. Tawuniya will also provide a large number of basic health and value-added services and exclusive offers.
On this occasion, Tawuniya’s Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing Adel Abdullah Al Hamoudi expressed his pride in earning the confidence of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Saudi Arabia’s largest national carrier.
“This trust is based on the great experience the two companies have built over the last three years in the health insurance sector,” said Al Hamoudi.
"As one of our key clients, we enjoy a strategic relationship with Saudi Arabian Airlines that is reinforced by trust and our ability to serve its employees’ needs with high quality services. At the same time, the contract reflects the strong financial capabilities and technical experience Tawuniya has built over more than 30 years of operation,” he added.
“Tawuniya’s success in managing large insurance portfolios and providing healthcare coverage for mega projects by utilizing all its resources to consistently fulfill its obligations to its clients, is the key to Tawuniya earning the trust of large companies and government sectors,” Al Hamoudi concluded. — SG
