JEDDAH — The Saudi Arabian Airline Company (Saudia) has held its first meeting with the government departments working at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah to familiarize them with its TOP5 initiative which was disclosed in February and is aimed at promoting services and upgrading performance.
During the meeting, a Power Point presentation was made to introduce the TOP5 initiative to the attendants which is aimed at promoting the services before, during and faster the flight.
According to the initiative, the promotion of the services starts at the electronic sites, the applications of the smart phones, the communication centers, the sale offices, the after-sale services and the hospitality in the lounges and onboard the aircraft.
The initiative calls for the establishment of distinguished first, business and hospitality classes according to the international standards.
It stipulates the presence of qualified cooks to provide good food to the first and business classes in addition to the hotel services to the hospitality class.
The next meeting between Saudia and the government departments on the initiative will be held at King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh. — SG
