The Civil Defense received 44 emergency calls from people who were trapped on the road or in their homes during heavy rain and floods in Al-Jouf province on Friday. The Civil Defense rescuers came to the victims’ aid. Some houses were submerged in water while several cars were trapped between roadblocks unable to get out.
