JEDDAH — A grand farewell party to recognize 25 years services of Maulana Mohd Naveed Afroz was held by Maulana Nizamuddin Gouri at his residence recently.

The founder and president of the Alumni old boys association of Jame-Nizamia, Naveed Afroz’s services was acknowledged by prominent members of the Indian community.

Hafiz Mohd Saleem Qadri and Ali Qadeer Subhani presented a Naat on the occasion.

Maulana Hafiz Syed Shah Khalil ullah Bashir, Maulana Mohd Hyder Ali Khan from Jame-Nizamia, Dr. Aijaz Subhani Sabri, Syed Kabiruddin Owais Sabri along with visiting guest from Hyderabad, Ali Qadeer Subhani Sabri, were special guests of the evening.

Later shawls and plaques were awarded to Naveed Afroz and Ali Qadeer Subhani.

Mohd Maseehuddin Kaleem Sabri, Mohd Aqeel, Mohd Abdul Ali Shoeb and Saber Sabri attended the event while Mohd Umer Masood Sabri, Mohd Muqtar Sa’ad Sabri, Mohd Asim Idrees Sabri and Mohd Muzammil Mubeen Sabri welcomed guests and managed the program.
