MOHAMED Fathi has been recently appointed as the Director of Operations for ZamZam Pullman Makkah. He not only brings a wealth of hotel industry experience but has also been working with ZamZam Pullman Makkah for 5 years and therefore understands the fine details of the business in this hotel.

In his new role, Fathi will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations at ZamZam Pullman Makkah working and supporting the team to drive the success of the hotel and the brand.

Prior to this new role, Mohamed Fathi was working as Director of Revenue Management for Zamzam Pullman Makkah. He started his career back in 2000 in Egypt at Front Office operations, then moved to UAE to join the Business Development team until moving in 2010 to take part in the successful opening of the new Sofitel Bahrain Thalassa Sea & Spa.

Fathi holds a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management and has completed IHMP program from Accorhotels incorporation with the French ESSEC Business Academy. — SG
