FLYADEAL, Saudi Arabia’s Everyday Low Fares airline, announced the introduction of SADAD Payment Method (SADAD) when booking any of the airline’s flights. The payment method is a widely-used national Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) service for residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SADAD has helped customers make purchases by transferring from physical channels (branches) to electronic channels (ATM, Phone Banking, and Online Banking).
“This opens up a world of opportunities,” said Con Corfiatis, flyadeal CEO. “To date most of our customers have purchased their air travel through credit card sales, which excludes those wishing to purchase via alternative payment methods. Introducing SADAD Payment allows us to address new customers. SADAD will process purchases securely, so that Customers can shop and pay with ease and confidence, at whichever Saudi bank they are with. He added that “to pay with SADAD our customers simply need to book their flight at least 48 hours in advance at flyadeal.com or through our call centre and then make payment through their online account, phone banking, ATM or at a bank branch within two hours, using flyadeal payee reference 181. Today, with the announcement of the option to purchase flyadeal tickets with SADAD, Customers can enjoy flying to any point on the flyadeal network.”
flyadeal provides 38 daily flights on routes between Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Qassim, Jazan, Abha and Tabuk. The airline continues to expand its operations to meet the growing demand for affordable air travel within Saudi Arabia. — SG
