Matrix launches innovative cross-industry technology solutions

MATRIX Insight 2018, an inaugural edition of Enterprise Solution Meet, was organized in Jeddah last April 8 in partnership with TNG (The Network Guide). Matrix unveiled its innovative telecom and security solutions. Numerous technology specialists were a part of this one-day event.

Jawad Abdul Hai, Director,TNG, delivered the inaugural speech.

The event was concluded by Matrix ComSec signing a deal with Elaf Group for 800 hotel rooms in Madinah.

The latest telecom product portfolio of Matrix —PRASAR UCS – Pure IP Solution — was unveiled by Mohamed Salah Kamal Elkhodary from New Jeddah Clinic Hospital.

The solution, with scalability up to 2,100 users and based on latest IP technology, finds its applications in healthcare organizations, hotels, manufacturing units, retail shops and more. Another product that attracted limelight was Matrix Video IP Phone, SPARSH VP710, built to improve team engagement and enhance collaboration.

Matrix also presented its range of GSM Gateways. The product provides benefits of wireless connectivity and reduced calling costs with easy switch between Analog and GSM networks.

Matrix range of hospitality communication solutions garnered the attention of attendees. The PBX offers room-to-room connectivity and can be integrated with third party PMS without any middleware, enabling hoteliers offer timely services and create satisfactory guest experience.

Matrix Access Control and Time-Attendance domain showcased its advanced technologies.

Kassem Diab, from Gulf Net, unveiled COSEC Facial Recognition. Matrix COSEC Facial Recognition technology records the user’s face through COSEC APTA mobile application. It ensures contact less authentication and identifies user’s face in less than one second. It accepts the user’s mobile as a credential, to mark attendance, which eliminates hardware cost, making the verification process simple and secure.

Its high-end cloud based solution, COSEC VYOM – People Mobility Management solution also gained much appreciation. It is a smartly designed cloud based system that uses services deployed on a cloud server. Matrix being the front face in innovation, presented some extraordinary Biometric Door Controllers useful for applications in Time-Attendance, Access Control, Visitor Management, Cafeteria Management and many more.

From Matrix Video Surveillance domain, SATATYA, a Video Management Software named SAMAS was launched by Abdul Bin Mahfooz from Elaf Group. SAMAS can streamline various systems and centrally control them, such as fire alarm, access control, etc., integrated in an organization.

Moreover, Matrix displayed a range of Network Video Recorders. These NVRs deliver benefits like Cascading – which eliminates the need of a server for centralized monitoring by interconnecting up to 20 NVRs in a network, Camera-Wise Recording Retention, Database Level Integration and plenty of other distinct features.

Matrix also presented IP cameras which are equipped with SONY Starvis series sensors with EXMOR technology that has an edge over other cameras in terms of low light performance (0.08lux), consistent image in varying light conditions (True WDR), better bandwidth optimization, storage and many other features. — SG
