DAMMAM/JEDDAH/RIYADH — In an impressive showing, Indian students appearing in the class Xth examination conducted by the Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) scored 100 percent pass result in the Eastern Province. International Indian School, Al Jubail, International Indian School Dammam and Al-Muna International school reported 100 percent result. But International Indian School Jeddah’s (IISJ) Ramssy Raoof emerged the topper scoring 98.4 percent (492 marks) in the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE).
IISD’s Hasna Abdul Hakkim scored 491 marks out of 500 scoring 98.2% to top the school and finish second overall. She is followed by Fatima Mohammad Amin and Nikita Johny Kachappilly with 98% marks and Navya Sajan, who scored 97.6%, in the merit list.
IISD had presented 1,152 students for class X examination in the entire Gulf and secured 100% results. Fatima Mohammad Amin, Nikita Johny Kachappilly, Arfa Hussain, Sana Yaseen Baig, Anisha Sarmila Anil Kumar and Arfa Saher Khan scored 100/100 in social science. While Rida Khan scored 100/100 in general science. Fifteen students scored 99/100 in math, 148 students scored overall 90% and above, while 325 scored 80 to 90%, another 243 secured 70 to 80%, next 212 secured 60 to 70% and another 144 secured 50 to 60% score. Only 61 students scored below 50%. Among the Boys, Delvin Saji with 96.8% stood first. Vishnu Prasad and Khalid Ansari with 96% shared second position. This was the first batch appearing for the class X Board Examination after CBSE has changed the CCE pattern of examination.

IIS Jubail
At International Indian School Jubail in all 423 students (Boys - 205 and Girls - 218) appeared and all passed. Neha Anand emerged as the school topper scoring an aggregate of 96.6 percent, followed by Stephy Jose with 96.4 percent with the third position shared by three students — Swanand, Pratheek Rai, and Ajay Kumar scoring 96 percent individually. Six students scored 100/100 marks in science, social science and mathematics.
Commenting on the results, former Chairman Noushad P.K and the present Chairman D.R. Sanaulla congratulated the students and appreciated the efforts of the parents and teachers. Principal, Dr. Syed Hameed attributed the success to systematic planning.
MIS
At Al-Muna International School in all 46 students —21 girls and 25 boys — appeared for the exam and all passed. Two students, Sana Taher and Fathima Zeba obtained A1 grades in all subjects while other 6 students’ scored A grade in all subjects. Principal Mammoo Master showered praise on the students for their remarkable success and admired their perseverance and diligence.
IISJ
At IISJ, Raoof emerged the topper scoring 98.4 percent marks. Sahal Palamadathil Ayanikkat bagged second position with 96.2 percent while Olviya Socratees came third with 96 percent. Out of a total of 761 students, who had appeared for the examination, 735 passed. Seventy-nine students have scored between 90 and 100 percent while 25 students are placed in compartment whereas one student failed. Raoof scored 100 percent in science while Abid Hussain and Zia Zainab scored 100 percent in mathematics. There are 2,063 distinctions in various subjects. The mean score of the school is 72.24 percent.
The following 11 students have bagged the positions from 4th to 10th in the school. Nabeela Gulam Khader, Ayesha Khan, Abid Hussain, Ziya Zainab, Mariyam Saleem, Rithik Marudappa, Hanniyah Khwaja, Aleena Cijo, Abdul Falah Majeed, Asma Tanveer, and Swathy Krishna Sajeev.
Shamsuddeen K, chairman of the managing committee, MC members, and Principal Syed Masood Ahmed congratulated the students, teachers and parents for the school’s excellent performance.
IISR
Mariya Dixon, who scored 96.2 percent marks, is the topper at International Indian School Riyadh. Fathima Reem with 96 percent got second position while Adnan Yusuf came third with 95.8 percent, according to the results announced by Dr. Shaukat Perwez, principal and HOI.
Out of 640 students who appeared for the exam, 639 passed and one failed and the pass percentage is 99.8 percent. There are 294 students with distinction, while 487 won first class with distinction. There are 97 students passed with second class, 38 with third class and 17 students are placed in compartment.

New Al-Wurood
Jeddah’s New Al-Wurood International School scored 100 percent result in class 10 exam. Out of 66 students who appeared for the exam, Srivibha Parthasarathy came out the topper with 96.8 percent marks. Ahmed Mustak Bargir (93.6 percent) and Syed Munazza Mujeeb (93.2 percent) are the second and third toppers.
The following are the subject toppers: English – S. Parthasarathy (97 percent); Second language- S. Parthasarathy (96 percent); Maths- Rameesha (98 percent); Science- Ahmed Mustak Bargir (99 percent) and Social science- Mohammed Bilal (98 percent) & Tasnim Hidayathulla (98 percent). The school management and the staff members of Al Wurood congratulated the students for their outstanding achievement.
Al Khozama
All the 36 students who appeared for exam at Al Khozama International School of Dammam passed. Tarab Javed, Aditya Asok, Mohammed Abdul Rahman, Haifa Ashraf, Amna Anjum Ansari, Syed Owais Ahmed are the top scorers of the school.

Al-Falah International School — DPS Jeddah
Jacob Thomas Sony, scoring 97.2 percent, emerged the topper in the school with two second place finishers with 95.4 percent. Ayedha Numa Syed Shabeer Basha and Faiza Shaik shared that position. Haeen Shafiq scored 94 percent for third spot.
