Jamia Nizamia alumni felicitates Moulana Abdul Salam in farewell event

— The alumni association of Jamia Nizamia Old Boys Association of Jamia Nizamia acknowledged and applauded 22 years services of Maulana Hafiz Mohammed Abdul Salam Aziz Anwari Siddiqui, general secretary of the Bazme Jama Nizamia, at a farewell ceremony held for him recectly. Maulana Hafiz is the son of Late Abdul Hameed.

Hazrat Maulana Sheikh Mohammed Abdul Ghafour Rehmat Abadi attended the event and Jamia Nizamia President Maulana Hafiz Qari Mohammed Nizamuddin Ghouri presided over the gathering.

Hazrat Syed Emad uddin Ahmed Qadri was chief guest. While Maulana Hafiz Syed Shah Khalil ullah Awais Bukhari Naqshbandi, research scholar from Osmania university, Maulana Hafiz Mohammed Hyder Ali Khan Kamil, Jamia Nizamia and M.Phil from Osmania university, Mohtaram Syed Mohammed Abdul Hamid Qadri, vice president finance committee Bazm and structural engineer, Mohtaram Asimuddin Ansari Razi Pasha and others were guests of honor.

The farewell program started with joint recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Maulana Hafiz Abdul Salam and Syed Sabir Hussain Sabri. Naat was presented by general secretary of youth committee Mohammed Mustafa.

While addressing the gathering, Maulana Abdul Salam thanked all members of alumni association of Jamia Nizamia for honoring him. He said, “It gives me great pleasure that Allah (SWT) gave me respect and I am returning home to India with respect after 22 years of services of pilgrims and visitors to Jamia Nizamia central office here.”

He added, “We should jointly help each other and follow the teachings of Prophet (SAWS). A true believer is he who loves Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) more than his father, his children and all mankind.”

Maulana Sheikh Abbdul Ghafour and Hazrat Syed Emad uddin Qadri presented a plaque to Maulana Abdul Salam. The program concluded with supplication for world’s peace and prosperity by Maulana Abdul Salam.
