Philanthropist Sharif Zaman hosts meet

— Eminent philanthropist and Vice President of Pakistan Welfare Society (PWS) Muhammad Sharif Zaman hosted an Iftar and dinner during in solidarity with Kashmiri brothers.

Atif Dar, head of Chancery at Pakistan Consulate, prominent Saudi and Pakistani personalities including Siraj-Al-Amari, Abdullah Haranda, Ali Al-Khair, Mohammed Taweel, Zahid Nadim, Syed Riaz Bukhari, founder convener Pakistan National Solidarity Forum (PNSF),Tasawar Choudhry, Choudhry Afzal Jutt, Chaudhry Azam, Masood Puri, chairman Kashmir Committee (KC) Jeddah, Choudhry Zamurrad, Dr. Khalil ur Rahman, president Pakistan Welfare Society (PWS), Dr. Amjad Obaid, Khalil Janjua, Amir Mohammad Khan, chairman Pakistan Journalist forum (PJF), Jamil Rathore, Asad Akram, Syed Mussarat Khalil, Zakeer Bhatti, Hamid ul Islam Khan, general secretary Aalami Urdu Markaz, and others attended.

Those who came for Umrah from Pakistan included Muhammad Fawad Sagal, Chaudhry Mansoor Ali, Chaudhry Tariq, Rana Idrees, Mohammad Shafi Khan, and Mohammad Kafat Bhatti also attended.

Zaman later said the event was held to express solidarity with the Kashmiri brothers and added we should pray to Allah for the people of Kashmir on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr. He wished the year 2018 elections should also be held on time and conducted fairly. “Democracy should continue in the country,” he said.

He expressed his gratitude to Custodian of two Holy Mosques King Salman and prayed for the prosperity of the Islamic world, especially Saudi Arabia.
