PWS to hold free medical camp at Consulate

JEDDAH
— The Pakistan Welfare Society (PWS) Jeddah a social and welfare organization formed by Pakistani expatriates doctors and philanthropists living in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia, will hold its regular free medical camp No. 308 on Friday, July 20, at the Pakistan Consulate General premises from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Mohammad Younus Sattar, camp in-charge, told Saudi Gazette that approximately 35,000 men, women and children from expatriates families living in the Western Province and its surrounding areas of have benefited from PWS’s free medical camps up till now.

He further said that in the free medical camp the team of specialist doctors will be diagnose the patients and free medicines will be provided to needy patients.

Ultrasound and Echo of Heart tests will be provided upon the advice of doctors. Blood sugar and blood pressure (PB) testing will be provided free of cost at the camp.

Meanwhile Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman, a kidney specialist, president PWS and founder Pakistan Kidney center (PKC) constructed at Abbottabad Pakistan, appealed to the community that if they have unused medicines (tablets and capsules), that can be used before the expiry date, to donate it to PWS camp.
