IN response to the Saudi Energy Efficiency Centre call for adopting the most efficient air conditioners while suggesting “split conditioners” as the best in energy saving, LG introduced dual inverter technology which offers 60% faster cooling with high energy efficiency. It also consumes 53% lesser energy as compared to conventional air conditioners. Some of the key features of this technology are quiet cooling, gentle air, dual protection filter and automatic cleaning, and a smart display that allows users to check the functioning of the air conditioner easily.
LG has awarded Dual Inverter air conditioners to the winners of “Time To Save” campaign that was launched in July. The campaign continued until the end of August. Over 2,000 individuals have participated in the campaign since its launch from different regions of the Kingdom. Dual Inverter technology is the ideal solution for air cooling at temperatures as high as 65 degrees Celsius.
Eddie John, LG Electronics Saudi Arabia Managing Director, said: "The campaign has been successful in achieving its objectives with an overwhelming response from consumers, especially as the campaign coincided with summer as well as the recent developments in tariff for electricity consumption, which has played a major role in providing effective solutions to reduce consumption as well as to address the misuse of energy.
