WPCA-SCC Morning Division Tournament kicked off here at WPCA grounds with bowlers dominating the proceedings. This division has 22 teams, divided into 3 Groups. The tournament is sponsored by Saudi Cricket Centre (SCC) and managed by Western Province Cricket Association (WPCA).

In the first match, Universal United beat Hyderabad Strikers by 7 wickets. Hyderabad Strikers tallied 155 for 7. Jaweed Ahmed hit 52 to add 74 with Amman Jaweed (32). Atta was unbeaten on 35. Arif claimed 3-13 and Tariq Siddique 2.

Universal United in chase got to 157 for 3. Ijaz Khan scored 45 and Waseem 32. Tariq Siddique remained unbeaten on 37 and Nadeem made 23.

AEC downed Saudi Green by 5 wickets. Saudi Green was bowled out for 146. Humayun Khan scored 31, Kamran 18, Nazeer Farooqi 25 and Osama 28. Ashfaq grabbed 4-24, while Ahmed, Abdul Rehman Patel and Abid got 2 wickets each.

AEC chased successfully, making 147 for 5. Yaseen Chacha stroked 59 to add a match-winning 103 in 66 balls with Ahmed Mastoi (37). Munzir Kidwai took 3-36.

Bihar International Fighters crushed Super CC by 64 runs. Bihar International Fighters racked up 185 for 6. Ali stroked 34 to add 68 with Kashif 26. Altaf smashed an unbeaten 54 to stitch 71 with Sher Bahadur (44). Ehsan took 2-41.

Super Cricket Club was stranded at 121 for 8. Siddiq made 31 and Ehsan 26. Jaan claimed 3-28 and Faisal 2.

Sadafco thrashed Arcoma by 9 wickets. Arcoma could manage only 160 for 4. Abdul Wasey blasted 94 in 60 balls with 3 sixes and 11 fours, Shareef hit 24 and Nabeel an unbeaten 20. Saqib grabbed 3-22.

Sadafco replied with 165 for 1. Faisal Patel smashed an unbeaten 53. He added 135 in 76 balls with Ahmed Mughairi who remained unbeaten on 80 in 44 balls.

Apex Freight trounced Reel & Rom Spikes by 6 wickets. RR Spikes was bundled out for 134. Akbar Ali hit 26 and Abdul Rehman 25. Amir contributed 32. Omer scalped 3-19 and Irfan 2.

Apex Freight reached 137 for 4. Asif made 56 to add 84 with Aziz Akbar (41). Shahbaz took 2 wickets.

Friends Republic Club (FRC) trounced Hyderabad Strikers by 72 runs. FRC piled up 150 for 5. Sabur Usman scored 47 and added 56 with Zafar (18). Mustafa remained unbeaten on 27 and Asif hit 24. Ikram scalped 3-24.

Hyderabad Strikers crashed to 78 for 9. Sarfaraz remained unbeaten on 29 and Faizan made 23 after they were in a mess with 10 for 5. Mohaz was the pick of the bowlers with 4 for 7.

Deccan Youth defeated Delight by 71 runs. Deccan Youth racked up 191 for 4, thanks to Hidayat’s unbeaten 81 in 46 balls as he added first 84 with Fahad (22) and then 69 with Ibrahim 25. Shareef made 16. Amman took 2 wickets.

Delight Cricket Club was bowled out for 120. Amad scored 32 and Farhan 22. Khalid, Shahid and Arif took 2 wickets each.

Mazroi got the better of NNG Sports by 6 wickets. NNG Sports tallied 174 for 6. Aamir stroked 26 as he added 67 with Bilal (33). Ehtisham scored 42 to add 68 with Salahuddin 35. Bilal Mehmood remained unbeaten on 15. Salman grabbed 3 for 43.

Mazroi achieved 175 for 4 in 98 balls. Sufiyan Lehri scored 52 to add 78 with Salman 48. Sohail remained unbeaten on 53. Shahzad took 3 for 24.

Other results: Al-Kabbani Cricket Group beat Behar International fighters by 27 runs, Super CC trounced AWCC by 3 wickets, Arcoma humbled MFCC by 8 wickets, Reel & Rom Spikes prevailed over IISJ by 22 runs and Nasco dominated ADI XI by 9 wickets.
