ANAN Real Estate sets up 3D factory

NAN Real Estate Company announced the alliance with the Italian M2 factory, which specializes in the isolated concrete buildings (m2), established and imported all the equipment of the 3D factory in the industrial city of Mlhm, north of the Saudi capital Riyadh. It is considered as the first Saudi specialized factory for the Italian concrete buildings.

ANAN›s Director General Bandar Al-Duhaik said: “The establishment of this plant is an important first step in the strategic direction that ANAN is taking to expand its business in line with the development of the contracting and real estate sector. The construction of residential units comes in line with the vision of the Kingdom 2030, which aims to improve the quality of services and rapid construction techniques in this vital sector, which contributes 6.2% of the Kingdom›s GDP.”

He pointed out that the establishment of the plant came after examining the local market to meet its needs and export to neighboring markets, stressing that it serves all regions of the Kingdom.

He added that the new plant will represent a qualitative leap and added value to the Saudi construction sector according to the highest international standards and standards, Noting that the production capacity of the plant includes the manufacture of 20 villas a day.

He further said that the selection of M2 due to its well-known reputation in the field of building technology.

Al-Duhaik explained that this modern of technology is compatible with the international codes and has been adopted by the Ministry of Housing because of its speed and precision in the execution.

“It takes full implementation of a period ranging from 20 days to two months, in addition to giving the longest lifespan of the building through the use of concrete construction insulated from heat, sound and resistance to wind and earthquakes, as well as to reduce the costs of the structure where the savings rate in this system is 20% - 30%,” he said.

He noted that the new plant will contribute to providing job opportunities to qualify and train Saudi cadres. He said, “ It will also play a major role in the localization of foreign technology and expertise by taking advantage of the expertise of major international factories and contributing to the promotion and upgrading of our national economy.”

He disclosed that the current and future plans of ANAN Real Estate will focus on taking advantage of all global technology developments in the Saudi construction sector to keep pace with the development of the kingdom. — SG
