Riyadh — The salaries of employees will go up by 4.5% by next year, according to a study that covered more than 450 local and international companies operating in the Kingdom.

The GDP is expected to increase to 3.6% next year compared to 1.3% this year. This is will create more jobs, pay hike for Saudis and reduction in unemployment.

About 60% of these companies plan to increase their women staff next year.

There has been a decrease in the unemployment of Saudi women thanks to their active participation in the labor market.
