LINMA Bank has announced that attendees at the Restatex Jeddah real estate exhibition, being held in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events on Dec. 5-9, 2018, are eligible for special financing offers being extended by the bank. In particular, attendees will be offered flexible contractual options and repayment periods, which extend up to 20 years. Financing is available in amounts up to SR5 million with a financing provision that waives repayment in the unfortunate event of death or total disability.

Speaking about the event, the Vice President of Retail Banking at Alinma, Ibrahim Al Sayyari, stressed that the bank’s participation at Restatex was part of its ongoing effort to share Shariah-compliant financing options with potential homebuyers. He noted that it was the aim of the bank to facilitate adequate home ownership for its partners (customers), and that participation in such events reflected the bank’s strength, vitality and capabilities with regard to making an impact in the real estate and investment sectors.
