JUBAIL – Overlooking the Beach and Country Club, InterContinental hotel in Jubail showcases its exclusive and most luxurious ‘Aladdin Ramadan Tent’ of Al-Jabail. The tent is one of its kind.
The décor, designs and set-up are based on the Middle Eastern folk tale ‘Aladdin’ featured in the ‘Arabian Nights’ to create memories of the past. The beautifully designed Aladdin castles, staff costumes which reflect the character of Aladdin with the famous magic lamp stationed at the center of the tent; all of this will excite visitors to take imagination to the alleys in the magical city of Aladdin.
Executive chef Jack Haj and chef Ziad Kamal Al-Din and the director of food and beverage Rabih Beaino said the hotel had worked hard to provide popular Ramadan food delicacies, inspired by the traditions of the Arabian Peninsula and designed to take the multinational guests to the magical world of Aladdin.
Another unique experience at the Ramadan Tent are the live cooking stations where fresh cooked food like shawarma, fresh bread is served to the guests as per their request and liking. Another attraction are the traditional Arabic sweets and international desserts arranged around the "magical lamp" of Aladdin to give guests a "mesmerizing experience".
InterContinental General Manager Fahad Al Sayegh said: “Al Khaimah is designed to accommodate up to 500 people and includes designated spaces for families and play area where the kids can have fun while their parents enjoy the Iftar. Al Khaimah also has a section for individuals where they can enjoy breakfast and watch their favorite TV shows on the LED screens placed throughout the place.”
Al Sayegh added: “We have planned the tent arrangements well in advance as every year major companies in Jubail book the tent in huge numbers for their employees, clients and others for the Iftar. We at Intercontinental Al Jubail are keen to provide all means of comfort and entertainment for our guests so they can take everlasting memories with them.
“Every year we are putting maximum efforts for the betterment of our level of service and quality to create a lovey Ramadan atmosphere and make our guests happy and satisfied while they live the InterContinental experience”.

He said everyone can take advantage of these offers, including car services as the hotel has worked closely with Hyundai and Toyota to bring guests going to the tents on discounted prices during the holy month of Ramadan.– SG
