LULU, the top retailer in the Middle East, has kicked off “Seafood Feast”, a week-long festival of seafood delights and exciting offers to fill your table in time for the festive season, held at LuLu Hypermarket, Riyadh Avenue Mall, Murabba, Riyadh. The in-store offers are available on December 12 -18, 2018.

The event launch was inaugurated by Director General of the General Department of Fisheries & CEO of the National Fisheries Development Program in the Ministry of Environment Ali Muhammed Al Shaikhie.

LuLu showcases more than 100 varieties of fish and seafood, which are imported from different countries like Norway, Uganda, India, Netherland, and Turkey. Moreover, hard-to-find fish types are on the spotlight, such as rainbow trout, filefish, farmed turbot, crab, tilapia, farmed sea bream, and scad fish. Besides the staple line-up like hamour, nagroor, naizer, red snapper, and rabeeb fish, other seafood items are available, such as prawns, oyster, clams, and many more fish products.

This year, LuLu is recognized as a Top Seller of Samaq-certified products like fresh and cooked prawns, sea bream, and tilapia. Samaq is KSA’s national aquaculture product certification and labeling program developed by the Saudi Aquaculture Society under the guidance of MEWA.

Apart from the seafood offerings in the wet section, LuLu highlights delicious fish dishes made available in the bakery and hot food stations. Fish sarciado, machli amritsari, grilled prawns, fish tikka, prawn’s pizza, tuna puff, and fish masala fry are a part of the main attractions on the counters.

With 157 stores operating worldwide, LuLu has continuously been exerting its greatest efforts to provide and sustain the supply of global products at the best rates. With the excellent combination of high quality offerings and organized logistics system, LuLu remains the favorite shopping destination in KSA when it comes to a broader selection of international products. — SG
