Venturing into the various sectors of educational fields, now Dr. Masood manages Success education, a conglomerate which consists of an international school with American curriculum, distribution network of educational books, printing solutions and the event management company.

Dr. Syed N Masood is the founder, CEO and managing director of the school. After graduating from Anwar-ul-Uloom College in Hyderabad he completed his Masters in Business Administration with specialization in marketing and finance. He was conferred with the Doctorate from King’s University, USA. He was appointed by the Indian Ambassador as the Managing Committee Member of International Indian School Riyadh in 1998. He served in the academic and administrative committees.

Academic Director Mrs. Majida Amir (Mrs. Masood) is a qualified educationalist with MA and B.Ed. to her credit. Before joining the school she served at Riyadh Military Hospital (now Prince Sultan Medical City) for 25 years.

Under the umbrella of Success Education, Al-Muhaidib Bookstore distributes academic publication from international publishers Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Hodder Education, McGraw Hill Education & several others. They are now supplying academic & ELT books to different international schools and universities in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Masood is a fond of traveling to explore diverse cultures and enjoy nature’s beauty. He enjoys traveling and till now has visited more than 96 countries including USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, South Africa, Japan & Singapore etc. He also participated in educational seminars, workshops and conferences in many countries.

The services and contributions of Dr. Masood was recognized by many organizations. He was conferred upon with Hind Rattan Award in New Delhi in 2003, Bharat Gaurav Award in Mumbai in 2005 and Bharat Samman Award in New Delhi in 2008. In addition to all these recently, Chicago based “Asia Times US”, a reputable monthly online magazine of Indian expatriates honored Dr. Syed N Masood by adding him to its advisory board for the Middle East region. — SG
