KAEC — Mariah Carey wowed fans on Thursday night at the Bay La Sun resort in King Abdullah Economic City. Fans witnessed the singer perform a string of old and new numbers to set a tone for an enjoyable evening.

Her set included hits such as "We Belong Together" and her new song "Always Be My Baby". The hit singer, who wore a sparkling eye-catching gown, said during her sold out concert: "I am so happy to be here with you guys.”

With the dance floor filled, the sensational singer took the microphone and sang for over two hours, serenading guests who danced and sang along with her, echoing the hits including Hero, Always Be My Baby and We Belong Together.

Mariah took to the stage at around 9:00 p.m., performing many of her well-loved classics including “Shack it Off,” “Fantasy,” “My All,” and “Make it Happen.” The singer was engaging, as she interacted with fans between each number, and caused an outburst of screaming and applause after encouraging the audience to sing along.

The show, which took place in King Abdullah Economic City, was part of the first ever international golf tournament to take place in the Kingdom. Carey was supported by Tiesto, while a Friday night gig at the same event will feature Balqees and Sean Paul.
