MADINAH —
Thousands of people attended the burial of a 7-year-old child was murdered in cold blood in a Madinah street last week. He was buried at Al-Baqie cemetery on Sunday after funeral prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque.

The victim was walking with his mother, when the killer who is not related to the family, took a piece of broken glass, grabbed the boy from the hands of his mother and slit his throat.

The man was sitting inside a coffee shop when he saw the mother and son walking by. The Public Prosecution is investigating the case and the motive behind the terrible crime is still not known.
