THUWAL —
Egyptian pop star Tamer Hosny took the Kingdom by storm for yet another sensational performance when he took the stage at King Abdullah Economic City in Thuwal on Friday.

The concert was organized by Benchmark Events under the supervision of the General Entertainment Authority.

The famous Egyptian pop star was warmly welcomed by with over 5,000 youths, about 60 percent of them women, attending his concert.

Hosny kept his fans on their feet throughout the two-hour concert with a number of his greatest hits.

On Twitter, Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Entertainment, commended the efficient organization of the concert.

“It takes a lot of people, great organization and time to make it all happen,” he said.

Tamer Hosny is an Egyptian singer, actor, composer, director and songwriter. He launched his solo career in 2004, becoming a successful singer of romantic music and was given the nickname “King of Generation” by his fans.
