WITHIN the framework of the “Customer Centrality” strategy to make the shopping experience enjoyable for all segments of the Saudi society by providing all consumables and luxury items under one roof at competitive prices, Panda Retail Company opened a new branch in Al Quwaieyah Province in Riyadh.

It was inaugurated by Musaed Al-Salem, governor of Al Quwaieyah Province, in the presence of a group of prominent government officials, VIPs, entrepreneurs and senior officials of Panda Retail Company.

Al-Salem was accompanied by Dr. Bandar Talaat Hamooh, CEO of Panda Retail Company at the opening ceremony of the new branch, who added that the company’s new branch has added value in enhancing the position of the retail sector, which is one of the most important growth factors in the Saudi economy, as well as boosting the efforts of Panda Retail in the field of Saudization through the empowerment of Saudi youth in the labor market, relying on Saudi talent and spreading local talents in the management and operation of the company’s shops and branches.

Speaking on the occasion, Hamooh said: “Panda Al Quwaieyah, has a total area of more than 3,000 square meters and will have a dedicated customer service team in support of the company’s strategic steps that focus on customer centricity and focus on their service through a number of initiatives and hubs to enjoy a unique and enjoyable shopping experience.”

Panda was keen to introduce innovative marketing solutions, offering a variety of attractive offers to its customers on the occasion of the new opening.

For his part, governor of Al Quwaieyah, expressed his happiness in opening the Panda branch in Al Quwaieyah, and said: “We are delighted to inaugurate the Panda branch in Al Quwaieyah.” — SG
