Saudi International Airshow set to kick off March 12

RIYADH – The Saudi International Airshow is the first Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition of its kind in Saudi Arabia. The event is set to take place at Al-Thumamah Airport in Riyadh, the Saudi capital, under the patronage of Prince Faisal Bin Bandar, emir of Riyadh Region, with the presence of Prince Sultan Bin Salman, chairman of the Saudi Space Authority and Founder and Chairman of Saudi Aviation Club.

The inaugural ‘Saudi Airshow’ will take place during the period March 12-14, 2019 at Al-Thumamah Airport, Riyadh.

Over 750 exhibitors and establishments from all over the world are set to attend the event, apart from 1500 representatives of international companies and establishments.

Saudi Airshow aims to attract a mix of Commercial, Business & General Aviation, Airport Infrastructure exhibitors who come together on a static area of 100 000 sqm. The designated space accommodates over 100 aircraft ranging in size from single and twin-engine models, turboprops, and executive jets through to commercial wide-body aircraft.

Saudi Airshow has strategic exhibition dimensions which are segmented for each aviation business need, this will include an outdoor static display showcasing the latest aircraft the industry has to offer, dedicated exhibition areas focused on all segments of the industry with stands, and chalets located next to the runway enabling manufacturers to present their entire range of aircraft and to facilitate and arrange demonstration flights.
