The park will be at a strategic location in the heart of Riyadh, linked to six main roads and highways. It will be connected to King Abdulaziz Public Transit Network through 5 metro stations on green line and 10 Bus stations of Riyadh Bus Network. The multiple links make KSP easy-to-access from almost every part of the city.
King Salman Park will be the biggest city parks in the world covering more than 13 square kilometers (13 times the size of Gardens by the bay in Singapore, 5 times the size of Hyde Park in London, 4 times the size of Central Park in New York).
It will combine a wide variety of activities including environmental, cultural, recreational and sports projects. It will significantly contribute to changing and improving the lifestyle of all Riyadh residents and will include buildings and facilities such as: the Royal Art Complex, a National Theater, an Opera House, Art Academies, as well as Museums and Galleries. The park will also have extensive green areas, open squares, sports compounds and an 18-hole Royal Golf course. To compliment these amenities, private investors will be stimulated to build recreational, residential, commercial, business and hotel facilities.

Placed on land of more than 400,000 square meters including the following:
A National Theater (2500 seat capacity); 5 Museums of different sizes; An Outdoor Theater (capacity of 8000 viewers); 3 Movie Theaters; 4 Art Academies and 1 Educational Cultural Center for Children.
Cultural Facilities
7 different museums including the following: Aviation Museum, Astronomy and Space Museums, Science Museum, Forest Museum, Virtual Reality Museum, Architectural Museum. Events Squares of 40,000 square meters. Artworks and Landmarks.

Residential compounds of 1.6 million square meters that will enable the construction of 12,000 different residential units: 16 Hotels covering 194,000 square meters that will allow 2,300 hotel rooms; 500,000 square meters of retail space and 600.000 square meters of office compounds
