March 25, 2019

GULF Advantage Automobiles (GAA) was recently awarded the ‘Best Digital Transformation Award’ in the region by Renault Middle East during the Renault Middle East Convention. GAA was competing with over 10 Middle East countries on various categories including digital transformation. The award was presented in the presence of top management from Renault, Gulf Advantage Automobiles and representatives of all Renault Importers in the Middle East.

The prize was presented in recognition of an outstanding digital transformation by Gulf Advantage Automobiles for the benefit of its customers in the Saudi market. The reward was based on parameters such as lead treatment time, lead qualification percentage, sales conversion rate, digital contribution to retail sales, digital contribution to retail workshop entries and overall ‘My Renault’ activation rate.

GAA had increased its sales through digital contribution during 2018 compared to 2017, which received appreciation from all in the region.

Officials from GAA said: ‘Receiving this award is a testimony of GAA’s commitment to the digital transformation in the economy and modern markets that aims to drive business and create impact in Saudi Arabia.”

They added: “We are pleased and honored to receive this coveted award from Renault Middle East. This Award is a strong motivation for GAA to continue its successful endeavors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We look forward to what is to come and believe that GAA is doing a great job in the market.”

Customers in Saudi Arabia can visit www.RenaultAnywhere.com to register for a test drive in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam. They can also visit any of Gulf Advantage Automobiles showrooms across the Kingdom or call 920006196 for any inquiries or assistance. — SG
