TUNIS —Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and President Beji Caid Essebsi of the Republic of Tunisia launched three projects in Tunisia on Friday at Carthage Palace here, Saudi Press Agency said.

The King and Tunisian president unveiled the plaque for the King Salman Bin Abdulaziz projects for renovation of Uqbah Bin Nafea Grand Mosque in the old district of Kairouan and Al-Zaytouna Grand Mosque.

They also laid the foundation stone for completion, furnishing and equipping of the King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud University Hospital in Kairouan.

King Salman then attended a luncheon banquet Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi held in his honor. – SPA
