AIM, a restaurant consultancy & marketing company in Saudi Arabia, is going to sign partnership with India’s largest dining out platform Dineout, which is owned by Times Internet Limited - India’s leading digital products company and the digital venture of the Times Group, India’s largest media and entertainment group.

Through this partnership, AIM will launch Dineout’s Restaurant Technology Product - InResto for restaurants and hotels in Saudi Arabia. InResto works with over 12,000 restaurants and quick service outlets spread over India, Dubai, Singapore, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. The platform is one of the largest technology platforms for the food and beverage industry in India and helps restaurants manage their reservations, walk-ins, delivery orders, feedback, marketing communication, Point of Sales (POS) system and white-label apps.

Currently, the company processes 30 million seats and manages over 20 million delivery orders every month and has helped some of its restaurant partners improve operational efficiency by almost 35%.

Kamran Khan, MD of AIM Consultancy, said “we see immense potential for inResto products in Saudi market. There are a lot of restaurant tech solutions present in the Saudi market but a bouquet of all products like guest feedback, Point of Sales (POS), delivery orders, marketing communication, reservation, etc. all under one umbrella is a huge advantage with inResto.

Hospitality is one of the fastest growing segments in the country, and the industry is in need of such quality tech solutions.

Speaking of this partnership, co-founder and head of Global Growth of Dineout Vivek Kapoor, said Saudi Arabia is rapidly emerging as an innovation-led economy and a good home for technology-focused businesses. “We see a booming trend of home grown restaurants as well as all famous international restaurant brands operating here. This makes it the ideal place to launch our full portfolio of restaurant tech solution-inResto. Restaurant companies will find our products very useful, user friendly with great insights of their business. Our products work both on iOS and Android platforms.” — SG
