Many foreign universities to reserve seats for Saudis

RIYADH —
Several memorandums of understanding (MoUs) were signed on Saturday with a number of prestigious universities to reserve seats for bachelor’s degree students in nursing and clinical training.

As part of the MoUs Manchester University will reserve 50 seats, King’s College London 30, Queen’s University Belfast 50 and University of Birmingham 50.

An MoU was also signed with Sweden to reserve 30 seats for training doctors.

Minister of Education Dr. Hamad Bin Muhammad Al-Asheikh oversaw the signing of MoUs at the pavilion of the ministry’s agency for scholarship affairs participating in the Eighth International Conference and Exhibition on Higher Education.
